About Us

The Bay to Bay Volleyball Club Inc., is a junior boys' club located in San Jose California. It was started in 2001 under the guidance of Brad Keller. Bay to Bay Volleyball Club begins its 9th season as one of the most successful clubs in Northern California. Each year the club sends more teams to the Southern California tournament in June and the Junior Olympics in July than any other club in Northern California. Each year the club also qualifies more teams in the prestigious open division for the Junior Olympics. And across the board each year the club ranks higher than any other club in Northern California. Under Brad Keller the Club in 5 years had sent 3 athletes to the USA Junior or Youth National teams, and several athletes to the USA High Performance Camps. The Club has more athletes competing at not only the Division I collegiate level but at all levels of college competition. The Club has won back to back medals in less than 5 years after opening the doors, more than any other club in Northern California for the last 10 years. The club has had 9 athletes named to the Fab 50 in only 7years of operation. In 8 years of operation the club now has earned 5 medals. The club has more athletes playing at the Division I level than any other club. After 5 years,Brad Keller has accepted the Assistant job at USC in the Men's Program and leaves the club after 5 very successful years. The Club under his term fielded as many as 10 teams in the spring after opening with 3 teams in 2001. The successful boys camp had one of the most successful seasons after 9 years of operation and will continue to grow. We invite you to be a part of the "Bay to Bay Family"

Mission and Philosophy

Bay to Bay Volleyball is a non-profit organization dedicated to the instruction of volleyball to youth males. It is our organization's goal to aid in the maturation of each and every athlete, not only as a developing volleyball player, but also as a youth male preparing to become an active participant and contributor to society. In this spirit, the true inspiration behind each endeavor at Bay to Bay Volleyball will be to promote essential character development for its athletes in the form of responsibility, humility, respect, discipline, and team commitment. As Bay to Bay Volleyball employees, we will aspire to provide this type of education for our athletes as we help them master the sport of volleyball to the best of their abilities.

Staff

Coaching Staff are not only Impact Certified, but 90% of the staff are college graduates. 100% of the staff have played at the collegiate level. 100% of the staff have coached at the varsity level in high school. Seven coaches have coached at or are coaching at the collegiate level.
