Bay to Bay's commitment to the athlete is to provide a positive coaching experience, challenging each athlete to stretch their limits. The coaching staff promotes positive relationships with the players and encourages good sportsmanship at all times.

Coaching Staff is not only Impact Certified, but 90% of the head coaches have graduated from college and 100% have played ball at the collegiate level. All assistant coaches have also played club and/or college ball and are Impact Certified. Additionally, all members of the staff have coached at the high school varsity level or collegiate level. Seven members of the coaching staff have coaching experience at the collegiate level. The level of experience and knowledge the coaching staff brings to the club is unrivaled in Northern California. The staff is continually involved with improving the standard for practices and the experience each player takes part in..During the spring/summer season, each team has an assistant that is usually a former player or collegiate player allowing the staff to train them how to run the Bay to Bay system. All head coaches are 20 years of age or older.
